5-28-23: CERTIFICATION FROM THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR:

Prior to commencing operations, a commercial cannabis business must obtain a certification from the Development Services Director or his/her designee(s) certifying that the business is located on a site that meets all of the requirements of title 10 of this Code. (Ord. 1694, 10-9-2018)
