5-28-11: EXPIRATION OF COMMERCIAL CANNABIS BUSINESS PERMITS:

Each commercial cannabis business permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire twelve (12) months after the date of its issuance. Commercial cannabis permits may be renewed as provided in section 5-28-13 of this chapter. (Ord. 1694, 10-9-2018)
