The expenditure plan required by Revenue And Taxation Code section 7285.91(c) for the revenue from the tax approved by this chapter is the following: The city may use revenue from the tax only to pay for repair, replacement, maintenance, and improvement of water, sewer and storm drain systems, and for the repair, replacement, maintenance, and improvement of existing streets.
