5-26-1: TITLE:

This chapter shall be known as the CITY OF PLACERVILLE SPECIAL TRANSACTIONS AND USE TAX ORDINANCE FOR REPAYMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER DEBT REPAYMENT AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS. The city of Placerville hereinafter shall be called "city". This chapter shall be applicable in the incorporated territory of the city. (Ord. 1639, 12-14-2010)
