(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator or any other person in charge of an adult related establishment to employ or retain any person who is under the age of eighteen (18) years to perform any service on the premises of the establishment.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any business owner or operator to permit a minor on the business premises to purchase, rent, handle, view or hear any material which has its primary or dominant theme matter depicting, illustrating, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" as defined in this chapter.
