5-21-5: FILING FEE:

The fee to be paid for the filing of an application for a special event permit shall be set by resolution of the city council, except that there shall be no fee if the special event is for the purpose of promoting the city or for youth or charitable projects in the city. (Ord. 1300, 5-25-1982)
