5-4-9: EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER:
This chapter shall not apply to those who are classified and are paying a city license as either a resident merchant or a nonresident merchant, nor to the employees, of a resident or nonresident merchant. (Ord. 768, 5-19-1955)
