5-4-4: PERMIT FORWARDED TO TAX COLLECTOR:

When any permit is issued under the provisions of this chapter, the chief of police shall cause the permit to be forwarded to the office of the tax collector for delivery to the permittee upon the payment of the license fee as prescribed by chapter 1 of this title. The permit shall be carried by the permittee at all times and exhibited upon request. (Ord. 768, 5-19-1955)
