7-17-3: APPLICABILITY:

This Ordinance applies to all private sewer laterals that connect to the City’s municipal sewer collection system located either within the City of Placerville corporate limits or located within the unincorporated areas of El Dorado County that are served by the City’s municipal sewer collection system.
