9-3-14: NO PARKING IN DESIGNATED BICYCLE LANE:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand, or stop any vehicle in any bicycle lane designated for one-way, on-street bicycle travel identified by special bicycle lane signs, bicycle lane striping, or bicycle lane pavement markings, except for emergency purposes. Any vehicle parked in a designated bicycle lane shall be subject to tow and fine. (Ord. 1707, 12-14-2021)
