4-1-10: COMPLIANCE WITH CALGREEN RECYCLING REQUIREMENTS:

Persons applying for a permit from the City for new construction and building additions and alternations shall also comply with the requirements of Section 7-1B-10 (Compliance with CALGreen Recycling Requirements) found in Chapter 1B (Organic Waste Disposal Reduction) of Title 7 (Health and Sanitation).
