§ 34.12 ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS.

   (A)   The following department heads will be required to attend all regularly scheduled City Council meetings:

      (1)   Street and Alley Foreman;

      (2)   Gas and Water Foreman;

      (3)   Chief of Police;

      (4)   Director of Public Works.

   (B)   Any absence must be approved by the Mayor before the meeting.
