§ 11.02 WARDS.

(A) Ward One. Ward One is hereby designated as all of the territory north of Washington Street and east of the line extending from the intersection of Washington Street and North Madison Street, northerly to the intersection of Benson Street and North Madison Street, thence westerly to the intersection of Benson Street and Mill Street (North Memorial Street), thence northerly along Mill Street to the intersection of Mill Street and Dutton Street, thence northerly along Dutton Street to the corporate limits.

(B) Ward Two. Ward Two is hereby designated as all of the territory north of Washington Street and North Madison Street, northerly to the intersection of Benson Street and North Madison Street, thence westerly to the intersection of Benson Street and Mill Street (North Memorial Street), thence northerly along Mill Street to the intersection of Mill Street and Dutton Street, thence northerly along Dutton Street to the corporate limits.

(C) Ward Three. Ward Three is hereby designated as all of the territory south of Washington Street and west of the line extending from the intersection of Washington Street and Archer Street, southerly to the intersection of Archer Street and Fayette Street, thence easterly to the intersection of Fayette Street and Mason Street, thence southerly to the intersection of Mason Street and West Grant Street, thence easterly to the intersection of Grant Street and Walnut Street, thence southerly along South Walnut Street to the corporate limits.

(D) Ward Four. Ward Four is hereby designated as all of the territory south of Washington Street and east of the line extending from the intersection of Washington Street and Archer Street, southerly to the intersection of Archer Street and Fayette, thence easterly to the intersection of Fayette Street and Mason Street, thence southerly to the intersection of Mason Street and West Grant Street, thence easterly to the intersection of Grant Street and Walnut Street, thence southerly along South Walnut Street to the corporate limits.
