(A) Each person required to obtain a Certificate of Registration as a solicitor under this subchapter shall pay a fee to the city according to the following schedule:
(1) $10 per day;
(2) $50 for six months; or
(3) $100 for 12 months.
(B) All fees shall be paid in advance at the time the application is made for a certificate.
