Each applicant for registration as an electrical contractor shall, at the time of applying for registration, post a good and sufficient bond in a penal sum as shall be established by the City Council from time to time, payable to the city. The bond shall be conditioned upon the full compliance by the applicant of all of the terms and conditions of this chapter.
