(A) The holder of a Class A license shall not permit persons under the age of 21 on the premises, except with the prior, written consent of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner and for good cause shown.
(B) The holder of Class G license shall not permit persons under the age of 21 in the room or area designated for the sale of alcoholic liquor, except with the prior written consent of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner and for good cause shown.
(C) It shall be illegal for any person under the age of 21 to go upon or remain upon the premises of the holder of a Class A license or that portion of the premises of the holder of a Class G license designed for the sale of alcoholic liquor, except with the prior written consent of the Local Liquor Commissioner and for good cause shown.
