§ 110.04 PERSONS TO WHOM ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR NOT TO BE SOLD OR DELIVERED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, or his or her agents or employees to sell or give, or knowingly permit anyone else to give within the premises any alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years.
   (B)   No licensee, or his or her agents or employees, shall sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or person who appears to be intoxicated.
   (C)   No licensee, or his or her agents or employees, shall sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any habitual drunkard, spendthrift, or insane, feebleminded or distracted person or to any person who is known to be an object of charity or who is known to be supported by any charitable association or institution or any related commission or organization.
