§ 110.03 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No person, partnership, or corporation licensed to sell alcoholic liquor of any kind under this chapter shall permit the establishment to sell alcoholic liquor after the hour of 12:00 midnight on Sunday through Saturday or prior to the hour of 7:00 o'clock a.m. on Monday through Sunday. Daily hours of operation on Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 o'clock a.m. to 12:00 midnight. The holder of a Class A, F, G or W license shall not permit any patron to remain on any premises licensed for sale of alcoholic liquor after the hour of 12:00 midnight Sunday through Saturday and the doors leading to and from any such premises shall be closed promptly at 12:00 midnight Sunday through Saturday and shall remain closed and locked during the time the business of selling alcoholic liquor is not permitted to be transacted on such premises, provided that, in the case of any bowling alley or resort, only the doors to that room or area of the premises specifically designed or designated for the sale of alcoholic liquor need to be locked between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 o'clock a.m. Sunday through Saturday, and no alcoholic liquor shall be sold upon any portion of the premises during those hours, nor shall alcoholic liquor be consumed or permitted to be consumed upon any portion of the premises during the prohibited hours. The permitted hours of operation may be temporarily amended or extended by resolution of the City Council from time to time.
