§ 110.01 CONSTRUCTION.

This chapter shall be liberally construed to the end that the health, safety, and welfare of the people of the city shall be protected and temperance and the consumption of alcoholic liquors shall be fostered and promoted by sound and careful control and regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic liquors.
