(A) Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at places provided by the Council, at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. When the first or third Tuesday is a public holiday, the Council shall meet at the same hour on the next day.
(B) Adjourned meetings may be held for the purpose of completing the unfinished business of the regular meetings at time determined by the Council.
