Permitted uses:
(A) Row dwellings containing three or more family units;
(B) Multiple dwellings and apartments;
(C) Boarding or lodging houses;
(D) Nursing or rest home;
(E) Clubs, lodges or fraternal organizations when not operated for profit.
(F) Temporary buildings, tool trailer or construction trailer used for construction purposes for a period not to exceed one year; an application for a building permit must be on file with the City Clerk and the building shall not be used for habitation.
(G) Any person, firm or corporation who violates this section or resists the enforcement of its provisions shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $150 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day a violation continues or is permitted to continue shall be a separate offense.
