§ 156.105 USES.
   Permitted uses are:
   (A)   Artificial limb manufacture;
   (B)   Automobile painting, upholstering, repairing, reconditioning and body and fender work when done within the confines of a structure;
   (C)   Bakeries, wholesale;
   (D)   Beverage bottling and distributing stations;
   (E)   Blacksmith shop;
   (F)   Box manufacture;
   (G)   Broom manufacture;
   (H)   Building equipment, building materials, lumber, coal, sand and gravel yard, and yards for contracting equipment, maintenance or operating equipment of public agencies or public utilities, or materials or equipment of a similar nature;
   (I)   Bus line shops and garages;
   (J)   Canvas goods fabrication;
   (K)   Carpet and rug cleaners;
   (L)   Carting, express hauling or storage yards;
   (M)   Cement block manufacture, when done wholly within a building;
   (N)   Chick hatcheries;
   (O)   Cleaning and dyeing establishments;
   (P)   Clothing and dress manufacture;
   (Q)   Creameries;
   (R)   Drapery and bedding manufacture;
   (S)   Electrical appliance and electronic instrument assembly;
   (T)   Food processing and dehydrating for human consumption;
   (U)   Furniture manufacture and upholstering;
   (V)   Grain elevators;
   (W)   Greenhouses, wholesale growers;
   (X)   Heating and sheet metal fabrications;
   (Y)   Ice cream and ice manufacture;
   (Z)   Laundries that have more than 1,000 pounds daily capacity;
   (AA)   Laboratories for scientific experiments;
   (BB)   Machine shops and metal products manufacture, when not equipped with heavy punch presses, drop forges, screw machines, riveting machines or any other equipment which may create vibrations or noise disturbing to adjacent property occupants;
   (CC)   Plastic product manufacture, but not including the processing of the raw materials;
   (DD)   Printing, binding and publishing of periodicals, books and reading matter;
   (EE)   Printing of tags, forms, calendars and other products for commercial use;
   (FF)   Public utility electric substations and distri- bution centers, gas regulation centers and underground gas holder stations;
   (GG)   Storage or household goods;
   (HH)   Storage and sale of automobiles, trailers, farm implements and equipment and other similar equipment on an open lot;
   (II)   Storage and warehouses;
   (JJ)   Storage of flammable liquids, fats or oil in tanks, each of 50,000 gallons or less capacity, but only after the location and protective measures have been approved by local governing officials;
   (KK)   Stone, marble and granite grinding and cutting;
   (LL)   Telephone exchange;
   (MM)   Tool and die shops;
   (NN)   Truck or bus storage yard, but not including truck terminals;
   (OO)   Upholstering;
   (PP)   Window shade manufacture;
   (QQ)   The manufacture of cosmetics and pharma- ceuticals;
   (RR)   The manufacture, compounding, assembling or treatment of articles of merchandise from the following previously prepared materials: Bone, cellophane, canvas, cloth, cork, feathers, felt, fiber, furs, glass, hair, horn, tanned leather, paper, plastics, precious or semiprecious metals, or stones, shell, textiles, wood (excluding planing mills) and yarns;
   (SS)   The manufacture of pottery and figurines or any other similar ceramic products using only previously pulverized clay and kilns fired only by electricity or gas;
   (TT)   Any other manufacturing establishment that can be operated without creating objectionable noise, odor, dust, smoke, gas, fumes or vapor, and that is a use compatible with the use and occupancy of adjoining properties;
   (UU)   Packing plant.
   (VV)   Satellite communication: retail and service.
   (WW)   Salvage and recycling; operation of a recycling collection and distribution center for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, paper and plastic. Salvage of vehicles for parts and oil recycling or recycling of any hazardous waste material is prohibited.
   (XX)   Animal shelter. A facility which will be used to house or contain animals for their care and welfare that is owned, operated, or maintained by a nongovernmental entity including, but not limited to, a humane society or animal welfare organization.
   (YY)   Health care provider. Any individual, institution, or agency that provides health services to health care consumers.
   (ZZ)   Educational facility.
   (AAA)   Commercial office building.
   (BBB)   Feed mill.
   (CCC)   Commercial vehicle, trailers and equipment washing. Including the use of mechanical conveyors, dryers, blowers, and steam cleaning.
   (DDD)   Dance studio and banquet hall.
