Permitted uses are:
(A) Air conditioning and heating sales and service;
(B) Automobile motor repair, sales and service shop, including automobile body repair, rebuilding and painting;
(C) Automobile washing, including the use of mechanical conveyors, blowers and steam cleaning;
(D) Battery and tire service stations;
(E) Nonalcoholic beverage bottling and distributing;
(F) Bicycle and motorcycle, sale, repair and rental;
(G) Boat display, sales and service;
(H) Farm implement display, sales and service;
(I) Feed and seed store;
(J) Kennel;
(K) Motel;
(L) Plumbing, heating and roofing supply shops when conducted wholly within a building;
(M) Pet shop or animal hospital, when conducted wholly within an enclosed building;
(N) Packing plant;
(O) Recreation places, including bowling alley, dance hall, gymnasium, skating rink, archery range, miniature golf course or other similar places of amusement or entertainment when operated for pecuniary profit;
(P) Restaurant, non-drive-in, drive-in car service;
(Q) Trailer sales or rental on an open lot or within a building;
(R) Travel trailer transient park;
(S) Uses customarily incidental to any of the above and accessory buildings when located on the same premises;
(T) Petroleum station;
(U) Lumber yard;
(V) Hardware store;
(W) Emergency services facility;
(X) Retail sale of tobacco and vapors;
(Y) Automotive parts store;
(Z) Self-storage unit: A non-residential structure rented on a short-term basis to individuals or businesses for storing personal property, excluding agricultural commodities.
(AA) Communication station.
(1) Radio communication station. A set of equipment necessary to carry on communication via radio waves, including a receiver or transceiver, an antenna, and ancillary equipment necessary to operate them.
(2) Wireless communication facility. A facility containing communication towers and/or antennas and any related equipment for the purpose of transmitting or receiving electromagnetic radio frequency waves.
(3) Wired communication facility. A facility containing wired communication systems; including telephone networks, cable television, or internet access and fiber-optic communication.
