§ 156.075 USES.
   Permitted uses are:
   (A)    Agricultural implement sales and service conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building;
   (B)   Air conditioning and heating sales and service;
   (C)   Auction rooms;
   (D)   Auditoriums;
   (E)   Automobile sales and service shops conducted within a completely enclosed building and as one integrated business operation, but not including automobile painting, upholstering, rebuilding or body and fender work;
   (F)   Battery and tire service stations;
   (G)   Beverage distributors, but not including bottling plants;
   (H)   Billiard and pool rooms;
   (I)   Bowling alleys;
   (J)   Book binding;
   (K)   Catering establishments;
   (L)   Dance halls;
   (M)   Department, furniture and home appliance stores;
   (N)   Dressmaking establishments;
   (O)   Employment agencies;
   (P)   Expressing, baggage and transfer delivery service;
   (Q)   Public garages for storage of private passenger automobiles, but not including repair service;
   (R)   Hand laundries;
   (S)   Hotels;
   (T)   Laboratories;
   (U)   Laundries employing facilities for not more than 1,000 pounds of dry goods per day;
   (V)   Painting and decorating shops;
   (W)   Plumbing, heating and roofing supply and workshop;
   (X)   Printing, publishing and issuing of newspapers, periodicals, books and other reading matter;
   (Y)   Printing shops;
   (Z)   Radio broadcasting station;
   (AA)   Recreation places;
   (BB)   Signs, outdoor advertising;
   (CC)   Tailor shops;
   (DD)   Taverns or retail sale of alcoholic liquors, subject to the regulations of other adopted ordinances of the city;
   (EE)   Taxi service stations;
   (FF)   Telegraph service stations;
   (GG)   Theaters (indoor only);
   (HH)   Trailer sales when conducted within a building;
   (II)   Wholesale establishments, excluding a building the principal use of which is for a storage warehouse;
   (JJ)   Manufacturing or processing which is clearly incidental to retail use if permitted. The manufacturing or processing is limited to that which employs not more than ten persons in the manufacturing or processing;
   (KK)   Taxidermy; operation of taxidermy business, taxidermy being the art of preparing, preserving, and mounting the skins of fish, birds, or mammals to make them appear lifelike;
   (LL)   Petroleum station.
