(A) No lot area should be less than three acres in size.
(B) Public school, elementary and high school or private school having a curriculum similar to that ordinarily given in a public elementary school or public high school including religious instruction in parochial schools, hereafter erected, should conform to the following minimum standards:
(1) Elementary school. Five acres plus one acre per 100 students design capacity.
(2) Junior high school. Ten acres plus one acre per 100 students design capacity.
(3) Senior high school. 15 acres plus one acre per 100 students design capacity.
