The joint use of parking facilities may be permitted in cases where major parking demands occur on different days of the week or during different hours; provided:
(A) Parking spaces will be available for each use in accordance with the standards of this subchapter; and
(B) The owners agree in writing any subsequent sale or division of the property or change in its use will not interfere with the joint use of the parking facilities.
