§ 156.007 USE DISTRICTS.

   (A)   The city is hereby divided into the following use districts:

      (1)   A-1 Agricultural;

      (2)   R-2 One-Family Dwelling;

      (3)   R-3 Multiple-Family Dwelling;

      (4)   R-4 Mobile Home Dwelling;

      (5)   B-2 Central Business;

      (6)   B-3 Highway Business;

      (7)   I-1 Light Industrial;

      (8)   S-1 Slope;

      (9)   S-2 Airport.

   (B)   The boundaries of designated districts are shown upon the map made a part of this chapter. That map is designated as the zoning map of the city. The zoning map made a part of this chapter and on file in the office of the City Clerk and all notations, reference and other information shown thereon are a part of this chapter and have the same force and effect as if the zoning map and all such notations, references and other information shown thereon were fully set forth or described herein.
