A complete sanitary sewer system consisting of eight-inch sewer mains, 42-inch manholes and building sewers for each lot shall be installed. All materials and construction shall be in accordance with city standards and specifications. Where lots cannot, economically or for other reasons, be connected with a public sewerage system, provision shall be made for adequate sanitary sewage disposal facilities.
