No lot shall be subdivided nor indicated for sale as business or industrial lots, except at places designated for these uses in Chapter 156 or the city zoning map. The front street line of all business lots shall be places not less than 54 feet from the center of the street on which they front. All lots shall be sufficiently wide and deep to permit full conformity with Chapter 156.
