(A) All streets shall conform in effect to the official plan, both as to location and as to the width of the right-of-way.
(B) The minimum right-of-way width for any street shall be 60 feet.
(C) Grades of streets shall be to lowest grades feasible and no grade shall be in excess of 5% on through streets or in excess of 10% on dead-end st
(D) The arrangement of streets in new subdivisions shall make provision for the direct continuation of the principal streets in adjoining subdivisions or their proper projection where adjoining property is not subdivided, insofar as may be necessary for public requirements.
(E) The street and alley arrangement shall be such as to provide opportunity for access and use by adjoining property owners.
(F) Whenever a street is designed so it will not, at an end open into another street, an adequate turnaround will be provided.
(G) At street intersections, lot corners shall be rounded off.
