§ 155.18 CUSTODY; AUTHENTICATION OF PLAT.
   (A)   The duplicate of a major plat submitted pursuant to this subchapter shall be kept on file with the City Clerk.
   (B)   No plat shall be approved until it has been properly certified by a registered land surveyor and acknowledged by the owner of record.
