A copy of the subdivider's sale contract showing restrictions on land within the proposed subdivision shall be furnished the city before final approval of the subdivision plan. The contract shall state that the lot or lots contracted for are subject to Chapters 150, 155 and 156. Restrictions and provisions may be included on the subdivision plat and recorded.
