(A) After the effective date of this section, it shall be unlawful to establish, maintain or operate any mobile home park in the city without first having obtained a license therefore. Application for the licenses shall be made in writing to the City Clerk in compliance with the ordinances relating to license applications and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location of the proposed mobile home park and the number of mobile homes to be accommodated.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any mobile home park, used for human habitation, upon any plot of ground in the city except in a licensed mobile home park.
