After the effective date of this section, the following restrictions shall apply:
(A) Each mobile home shall be allotted a site of not less than 3,300 square feet, whether or not the mobile home is situated within a mobile home park.
(B) No mobile home shall be parked or located closer than six feet from the side lot lines within a mobile home park.
(C) No mobile home shall be parked or located closer than 20 feet to a public or private street, alley or building.
(D) Each mobile home shall abut or face a driveway or clear, unoccupied space of not less than 20 feet in width, which space shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley.
(E) There shall be an open space of at least 12 feet between the sides of every mobile home and at least 15 feet between the ends of every mobile home and the rear lot line.
(F) Subject to compliance with state law and regulations and city ordinance requirements for a mobile home park, more than one mobile home may be erected upon a lot with another mobile home with the approval of the Zoning and Ordinance Committee and the City Council.
