§ 32.108 PERSONNEL; TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS.

The board may, upon prior authority from the City Council, employ necessary personnel whose salaries, wages and other necessary expenses shall be provided by appropriations made by the City Council from the Business Loan Fund. If the board shall deem it advisable, it may employ and pay for technical consultant services, upon prior authorization thereof from the City Council.
