§ 32.105 ORGANIZATION; BY-LAWS.

The board shall elect a chairperson, a vice- chairperson, a secretary and other necessary officers of its own membership and shall adopt such by-laws regulating the time, place and manner of holding its meetings and conducting its business, as may, in the judgment of the board, be proper in carrying on the work of the board.
