§ 153.23 REMOVAL OF PROHIBITION AGAINST HABITATION.
   No dwelling or dwelling unit which has been condemned and placarded as unfit for human habitation again shall be used for human habitation until written approval is secured from, and the placard is removed by, the Health Officer. The Health Officer shall remove the placard whenever the defect upon which the condemnation and placarding was based has been eliminated.
