(A) The members of the board established pursuant to this subchapter and who are city officers serving ex-officio shall serve for the term of their respective city offices.
(B) Of the five members of the board initially appointed by the Mayor, three shall be appointed for a term of one year and two shall be appointed for a term of two years. Thereafter, such members shall be appointed for terms of two years.
(C) All vacancies occurring on the board shall be filled by appointment for the remainder of the unexpired term of office only in the same manner as for the original appointments.
