(A) No person shall move any building on, through or over any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place in the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Council.
(B) Application for a permit required by division (A) above shall be made in writing to the City Clerk and shall state the proposed route and number of days it is intended the building shall occupy any portion of any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place.
