(B) The provisions of division (A) shall not apply to a Peace Officer in the performance of his or her duty, or to a person hunting on city-owned property with the express permission of the city, or with respect to bow and arrow only to persons on the premises of a retail store where bow and arrow are regularly sold when the purpose for the discharge thereof is for demonstration or instruction or otherwise under the supervision of an employee of the store.
