(A) The city hereby adopts the version of the Pike County truancy ordinance currently in effect in Pike County, Illinois. The Pike County truancy ordinance shall apply with full force and effect within the incorporated areas of the city, and shall apply with full force and effect in all areas of the jurisdiction of the city.
(B) The city hereby ordains that if the County of Pike makes amendments to the current version of the Pike County truancy ordinance, such amendments shall also apply with full force and effect within the incorporated areas of the city, and within all areas of the jurisdiction of the city.
