§ 96.31 FOR REPAIR.
   The city shall, as funds become available and are properly appropriated, repair existing sidewalks at city expense in the residential sections of the city. In the business district, the city shall participate only on a portion of sidewalk replacement 36 inches wide and six inches thick.
