§ 96.02 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON STREETS AND ALLEYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.

(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle upon any street or alley in the city when the street or alley is under construction or repair and is so designated by a barricade or sign.

(B) It shall be unlawful to remove or tamper with any barricade or sign on any street or alley within the city.
