§ 94.10 BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

The Public Library shall be under the supervision and management of a Board of Directors, the members of which shall be appointed in accordance with the provision of the statutes of the state relating to public libraries. The Board shall have all the power and authority conferred by any such statutes.
