(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously cut, write upon, injure, deface, tear or destroy any book, newspaper, plate, picture, engraving or other property belonging to the Public Library.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously commit any injury upon the public library or upon the buildings, furniture or fixtures or other property thereof.
