It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely impersonate any Lake Police Officer or other employee of the city, or to maliciously or with intent to deceive, use or imitate any of the signs, signals or devices used by a Lake Police Officer or, not being such an officer, to wear in public the police uniform provided for in this subchapter.
