§ 93.093 SPECIAL OFFICERS.
   The Mayor may, when in his or her judgment the protection, regulation or control of the premises so requires, appoint or employ Special Police Officers as may be necessary and with the duties as the Mayor may prescribe. These Special Police Officers shall possess the powers and be subject to the duties of regular police officers as provided for in this subchapter.
