In order to attempt to create a favorable numerical balance of species of the fish population in the reservoir, no person shall release or throw back into the reservoir any fish caught or taken from the reservoir except largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides), smallmouth bass (Micropterus dolomieu), channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) or flathead catfish (Pylodictis olivaris).
