(A) Members of the Planning Commission who are city officers serving ex officio shall serve for the terms of the respective city offices.
(B) Members of the Planning Commission who are not city officers serving ex officio shall be appointed annually by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council.
(C) Of the three members of the Commission initially appointed by the Mayor, one shall be appointed for a term of one year, one shall be appointed for a term of two years and one shall be appointed for a term of three years. Thereafter, those members shall be appointed for terms of three years.
(D) All vacancies occurring on the Commission shall be filled by appointment for the remainder of the unexpired term of office, only in the same manner as for the original appointments.
