§ 93.032 CAMPING.
   (A)   Camping shall be open to the public in the designated camping areas at Lake Pittsfield at a cost as shall be determined from time to time by the City Council. The day shall be a 24-hour period, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and supervised church groups shall be exempt from this charge and may camp anywhere at the premises.
   (B)   An agent of the city shall collect the camping fees and electrical fees, for which he or she will be paid per contract, commencing April 1 and ending October 1 of each year.
   (C)   The City Council shall have the authority to set camping fees and electrical fees by resolution.
